Service and eligibility

GirlLab provides AI conversations through a browser and API, with configurable personas, conversation history, and supported voice features. You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms and comply with age requirements in your jurisdiction. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

Your account and API keys

Provide accurate account information and protect your password and API keys. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the service to bypass another person’s access restrictions.

Acceptable use

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not use GirlLab for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual content, infringement of privacy or intellectual property, or attacks on systems. Do not attempt to evade billing, rate limits, or security controls.

Content and AI outputs

You retain any rights you have in your input. You authorize us and the service providers needed to operate GirlLab to process your content to provide the requested service. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them; they are not professional advice or a guarantee of any result.

Credits, pricing, and delivery

Usage consumes credits at the price displayed for the selected service. GirlLab currently bills Chat per model reply; failed upstream calls return the credits charged for that call. Credits are service usage units, not a bank balance or investment.

Where online credit purchases are offered, the checkout must show the amount, currency, credits, and any applicable charges before payment. Purchased credits are delivered electronically to your account after payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support with your payment reference. Any recurring charge requires a separately disclosed subscription and authorization.

Refunds and service availability

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and how to request help. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Maintenance, upstream failures, or security incidents may interrupt service. We may restrict access to address unlawful use or security risks; any outstanding billing or refund questions remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Subscriptions and credit validity

Where checkout is enabled, Pro costs USD 18 per month or USD 180 per year and includes 100 credits each month. Pro+ costs USD 68 per month or USD 735 per year and includes 7,500 credits each month. Max costs USD 200 per month or USD 2,160 per year and includes 22,500 credits each month. Annual plans are charged once per year, with credits issued monthly on the subscription anniversary day (or the last day of a shorter month).

Pro credit grants expire after one month, Pro+ grants after two months, and Max grants after three months. Unused subscription credits remain available only within those validity periods. The earliest-expiring credits are consumed first. Separately purchased credits and the one-time 500-credit first-subscription bonus do not expire. Bonus credits are issued once per account after the first successful subscription payment and have no cash value.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed monthly or annual price until canceled. Cancel renewal in your wallet before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and scheduled monthly credits for that paid period continue. A failed renewal does not issue new credits. Existing credits retain their original expiry dates. Sandbox payments do not move real money, and sandbox credits cannot be used for live AI requests.

Optional automatic recharge

Automatic recharge is off by default. If you expressly enable it when buying credits, you authorize the selected purchase amount to be charged to your saved payment method when your balance falls below 100 credits, no more than once per 24 hours and USD 300 per calendar month. You can turn it off in your wallet. Payment failure may pause automatic recharge and require manual payment or authentication.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that every output will be correct or that service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish revised terms with an updated date and provide any notice or consent process required by law for material changes.
